Why Losing Weight is Really Easy and Really Hard

I have lost weight and kept it off.  50 pounds over 10 years.  Granted, everyone is different, but what I’ve learned on my own journey through weight loss and medical school is that everyone can do it. Although the changes we have to make may be different.

There are several avenues that must be considered, and it is no surprise that diet and lifestyle are the 2 biggest ones requiring change.
