We put food in our bodies everyday, often times without questioning what it actually does for us. Dr. Tim will teach you the fundamentals of optimal health by explaining what you should be eating daily, and what you should avoid.
If you’re not able to meet the fundamentals of optimal health, supplements can be prescribed to fortify your nutrient intake. In many cases your body may require a higher dose of a nutrient than what’s found in food to achieve your therapeutic goals.
